To begin with, I usually do not do these surveys. I am happy to make this exception. Amy was among several realtors I interviewed to get my home sold in Round Rock TX. Based on many decades of experience, my expectations were not high. Amy was a pleasant surprise. She was easily the sharpest and most responsive candidate. She got my house sold in a down market at a great price. I have worked with hundreds of real estate and other professionals in my career and I would rank her in the top tier. Her knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to get the job done was simply outstanding. She is a rare find with more, way more, professionalism than anyone can reasonably expect. Amy was incredible! She was extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. She demonstrated the ability of making our house stand out in a slow market by using her expertise along with other professionals she hired to showcase our home. The photographer did such an amazing job with the pictures and video he took of our home. Amy was also able to help us get a plumber last minute to help us with an unforeseen issue. Her response time in getting back to us was impressive. She has excellent communication skills and her team was also in the loop and very helpful with the process of selling our home. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. I would highly recommend her. My husband and I are so grateful for her and all that she did for us. She went above and beyond every step of the way! Amy is the absolute best realtor around! It took us several years of back and forth trying to decide when we were ready to actually buy a new house (and sell our current home) and she was nothing but patient and supportive through the entire process. When we did finally make a decision to build, she was with us every step of the way through that process and helped us make sure our home was ready to hit the market at the right time. We threaded the needle in terms of timing on the sale of our house and negotiating the right price and terms. We would have never been as successful without Amy’s expertise. We sold in 12 days thanks to her, where many others in our neighborhood have been on the market for months on end. Amy and her team made the entire process, end-to-end, easy and seamless through consistent and clear communication and helpful reminders. If I had a question, I received a response almost immediately or within a few hours at most. Amy also has a long list of preferred vendors that helped us connect with the right people as needed.
