From start to finish, Justin was on top of it. Wether it was answering our questions about the process or simplifying the real estate jargon for us. He brought a nightlight to test the outlets in the home and found out that the bathroom outlets were not working. He saved us the headache of having to deal with that before we finished the closing. We had the most amazing home buying experience with Justin. We, being first time buyers, had our hearts set on a certain type of house. Finding that perfect home takes time and patience, and Justin isn't the type of Realtor who only wants you to buy any home so he can get his commission. He listened to our needs and wants (some unrealistic based on our budget) and made thoughtful recommendations. In the end, we got the desired floor plan in the desired community at an amazing price. After our first house was a terror to negotiate with and a horrible inspection report Justin found us an amazing new home under budget with a ton of incentives and additional features. He made our first home process easy especially during a horrible time with the first house. Would definitely use him again to find a house and would 100% recommend him.
