He immediately starting pulling any and all available information on the property for us. All parties knew this was going to need to happen quickly in order to make the deal work. We were wanting to sell our house and I put some feelers out online for a list of the best realtors in the Austin area, 3 minutes later, it's Wally calling to introduce himself. Wow, that was fast! The NEXT day, Wally came by our house with a book he put together all about Keller Williams and himself. It showed us listings around our neighborhood, estimates on anything & everything. Wally was very hands on with us. He gave us recommendations on ways to improve our house worth. Impressive !! We found our new house in Corpus Christi and moved into the property before we sold our house in Round Rock. Wally went out of his way to take care of matters in Round Rock. He sold our refrigerator for us, put trash cans back behind our fence and checked up on our house many times to make sure it was still locked and looking nice. He didn't have to do these things, but he did. I would use Wally again in a heartbeat!!

about Wally Harwood2019-12-09Where do I start? Wally may have started off as just my realtor but in the end became a friend. I started working with Wally back in mid 2018. I got the VA Home Loan and was deployed and even with the time difference and communication issues that come with deployment, Wally was on top of it! We did a ton of tours! He would go to the house and take a lot of videos of the walk through and send it to me each and every time, with commentary! I had a lot of prerequisites for my perfect home and Wally was always up to the challenge. We found a home but it ended up falling through due to the Seller's ignorance. Wally didn't give up though! We continue the search even when I got deployed again! He stuck by my side and in the end we found the perfect house (through many video chats and video tours later) almost a year later and was able to close on it just a few weeks ago! Wally was always available to answer any and all my questions, he knows the Austin Area and surrounding area like the back of his hand, he walked me through the VA Home Loan process step by step and explained everything to me, and his at the end was always able to negotiate the terms and conditions that I felt was fair and I wanted. Wally is the best and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, rent a place or rent their place out. He can do it all and if he can't he will get with someone to help you that can.
