Privacy Policy

What we collect

From brokerages and agents: names, emails, phone numbers, headshots, bios, and the transaction records your integrations or uploads provide (client name, email, property address, closing date). From reviewers: the name they sign with, their rating and review text, and the email the request was sent to. From site visitors who reach out: whatever they put in a lead or contact form, plus basic context like the page they were on. We don’t run third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

To run the service: sending review requests and reminders, publishing the reviews you make public, routing leads to the right agent, showing your team its own reporting, and emailing the people in your workspace about their account. That’s it — we don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use your clients’ contact details for our own marketing.

Who sees it

Reviews you mark public are public, along with the agent’s name and profile. Private feedback is visible only to your workspace’s staff. Each brokerage’s workspace is isolated — no other customer can see your data. We share data only with the vendors that run the service under contract: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (billing — we never see full card numbers), Anthropic (the AI that drafts testimonials from the words a reviewer chooses to submit), and, for the founding brokerage only, its own CRM integrations.

Opt-outs

Every review request carries a one-click unsubscribe. Opting out is honored across the whole platform — no brokerage on Lovord can email that address a review request again.

Retention and deletion

We keep workspace data while the account is active. When an account closes, we delete its workspace data on request (and after a reasonable wind-down period otherwise), except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Reviewers can ask to have a review corrected or removed by contacting the brokerage it was written for, or us directly.

Security

Data lives in access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, server-side-only database access, and daily backups. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we’ll notify you promptly.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we honor equivalent requests from anyone. Reach us through the contact form on the home page or the feedback button on any page.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll email account owners and note the new effective date here. See also the Terms of Service.
